The reproductive system serves to create new life. The major organs of the male reproductive system are the urethra, penis, seminal vesicles, prostate, testicles, scrotum, and seminiferous tubules. The major organs of the female reproductive system are the urethra, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovary, fimbriae, vagina, and cervix.

The male reproductive system is mostly on the outside while the female reproductive system is not. Women have more than one opening, for intercourse and urinating. In males, it is only from one opening.
